Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patients in a Level II trauma center
Deliver specialized NICU respiratory support while collaborating closely with physicians
Manage advanced ventilators and respiratory equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60
Cover all clinical areas including ICU, ER, surgical, and medical units with independence and sound clinical judgment
Build meaningful relationships with an interdisciplinary team that truly respects RT expertise

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Proven NICU experience essential
Ability to work independently and make strong clinical decisions

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ventilator management across multiple platforms
Neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory care expertise
Excellent clinical judgment and independent decision-making
Collaborative approach with physicians and care teams
Adaptability across all hospital departments
