Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients achieve their goals
Develop personalized treatment plans for a variety of orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a supportive rehab team to deliver exceptional patient care
Manage patient scheduling and ensure continuity of care throughout treatment
Educate patients on exercises and recovery strategies for lasting results

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or compact license required
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
Comfortable managing a full caseload with 45-minute one-on-one sessions
Ability to work effectively with rehab aides and support staff
