Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
- Perform modified barium swallow studies to assess swallowing function
- Develop personalized therapy plans for adult inpatients and premature infants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document progress and adjust interventions to meet individual needs
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Experience performing modified barium swallow studies
- Comfort working with both adult acute care patients and NICU infants
- Strong communication and documentation skills
