Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float Pool
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Float throughout the Colorado Springs zone to support various specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, and Trauma
- Monitor patients with diverse needs from general medicine to post-surgical recovery
- Administer medications including Heparin drips while maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios
- Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Adapt quickly to new units and patient populations while upholding excellent clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience
- Neuro experience preferred
- Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible schedules
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across telemetry and medical-surgical patients
- Comfort working with cardiac monitoring, neuro, oncology, and post-surgical populations
- Ability to titrate Heparin drips safely and effectively
- Excellent communication and adaptability for floating across multiple facilities
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
