Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility patients
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
- Build meaningful connections with patients in a supportive critical access environment
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
- BLS certification required
- IP/OP experience strongly preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-amputation patients
- Skilled in wound care and VAC management
- Able to manage a mixed caseload of 7 treatment hours per day
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
