Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 72 hours every two weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float between two medical-surgical/telemetry units providing compassionate care
Support MS overflow patients in ICU and ED settings with confidence and skill
Deliver high-quality nursing care across diverse patient populations including adults and pediatrics
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Utilize EPIC documentation system to maintain accurate and timely records

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required
Minimum 3 years of recent med-surg/telemetry experience
BLS/BCLS, CPI, ENPC, TNCC, and additional specialty certifications as listed
EPIC experience strongly preferred
Ability to float between units and adapt quickly to changing patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

Med-surg Adult, Med-surg Peds, and Telemetry expertise
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable floating to ICU and ED overflow areas
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records
