Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
- Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a fast-paced yet supportive environment
- Apply your outpatient expertise while gaining exposure to a variety of diagnoses common in a small-town setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide flexible coverage in acute inpatient therapy when needed, expanding your clinical versatility
Qualifications
- Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable treating a wide range of orthopedic and varied diagnoses
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong outpatient physical therapy assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients daily
- Flexibility to assist in acute inpatient settings when needed
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Comfort working independently in a community-focused clinic
