MRI Technologist
Location: Houston, Texas
Start Date: 06-29-2026
End Date: 08-10-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM with rotating weekend call coverage
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans using Philips 1.5T, 3T, and Siemens 1.5T equipment
- Provide exceptional patient care during imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal imaging results
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment standards
Qualifications
- ARRT certification in MRI or ARMRIT accepted
- Experience with Philips 1.5T and 3T MRI systems preferred
- Familiarity with Siemens 1.5T equipment a plus
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and on-call rotations
Knowledge & Skills
- MRI imaging techniques and protocols
- Philips and Siemens MRI equipment operation
- Patient positioning and safety procedures
- Quality control and image optimization
- Emergency response during on-call situations
