Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate in diverse surgical specialties including robotics, cardiovascular, neuro, and ortho procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure seamless operations across multiple campuses
- Prepare operating rooms and verify all equipment readiness for complex cases
- Provide exceptional patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
- Mentor newer staff members when precepting opportunities arise
- Respond promptly to on-call needs with a 30-minute arrival window
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact license
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
- Proven robotics experience with both Mako and DaVinci systems
- Strong background in cardiovascular, neuro, and orthopedic procedures
- Ability to circulate in all specialties including general surgery, eyes, endo, and cysto
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise circulating CABGs, craniotomies, total joints, and robotic procedures
- Comfortable floating between Bryan and College Station campuses
- Knowledge of trauma protocols and emergency response
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable attendance and professional commitment
