Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during surgical procedures as directed
- Provide first assistant support across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, and vascular cases
- Scrub in and support the surgical team throughout procedures
- Float between campuses as needed to ensure seamless coverage
- Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled
Qualifications
- Active RN license with RNFA certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
- Proven scrubbing skills as an RN
- Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Knowledge & Skills
- Robotics experience is essential
- Comfortable with ortho totals, scopes, and TSA procedures
- Familiarity with neuro spine, brain tumors, and VP shunts
- Knowledge of GYN oncology and robotic hysterectomies
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
