Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Start Date: 06-04-2026
End Date: 09-03-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, day shift schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging studies using state-of-the-art GE equipment
- Deliver compassionate patient care while ensuring safety and accuracy in every scan
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional diagnostic services
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols and facility policies
- Document procedures accurately in Epic EMR and McKesson PACS systems
- Stay flexible and positive while supporting the department's varied imaging needs
Qualifications
- ARRT (NM) or CNMT certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license for radius verification
- ARRT RT(R), ARRT (CT), or ARRT (MR) certifications are a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with GE Discovery 630 Dual Head and GE PET 8 scanners
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and McKesson PACS
- Understanding of radiation safety and badge protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively across imaging modalities when needed
- Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
