Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Williston, North Dakota
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to laboring patients and newborns
- Monitor and interpret fetal heart strips to ensure the safest outcomes
- Titrate critical drips like Pitocin, magnesium, and insulin with precision
- Float to Med-Surg and ER units when needed, showcasing your versatility
- Collaborate with a supportive Charge Nurse and care team on a locked unit
- Follow AWHONN guidelines and quality metrics to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring strips
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability
Knowledge & Skills
- Fetal monitoring and strip interpretation
- Titration of Pitocin, magnesium, and insulin
- Critical thinking in obstetric and neonatal settings
- Meditech EMR experience
- Philips telemetry monitoring
- Adapting quickly to floating assignments
