Shift Type: Days, 10-hour shifts, 0700 start, First to Float

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $110 - $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care during GI procedures including colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, and EUS
Administer procedural sedation and monitor patients throughout their journey
Collaborate with the GI team to ensure smooth, safe procedures every day
Float to support GI cases in the Main OR, Emergency Department, and Critical Care areas
Take call shifts including 24-hour and 12-hour rotations to support patient needs
Document accurately using Cerner and maintain excellent clinical records

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to submit
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
Procedural Sedation experience required
Minimum 2 years of GI/Endoscopy nursing experience
Advanced experience with screening and interventional GI procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of GI procedures from routine screenings to complex interventions
Comfortable floating across multiple hospital departments
Skilled in Cerner charting system
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ready to take call and support 24/7 patient care needs
