Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a busy yet supportive clinic setting
Apply your outpatient expertise while gaining exposure to a mix of orthopedic and general cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide care in both the outpatient clinic and, if desired, lend a hand in acute inpatient settings

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submission)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients across 10-hour days
Flexibility to cover acute inpatient needs when needed
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to a varied patient mix typical of a smaller community
