Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC - three 12-hour shifts weekly

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

Active California RN license required
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 3 years of ICU or critical care experience
Proof of negative TB screen within the last 12 months

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making
Expertise in cardiac monitoring and ventilator management
Ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
