Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide meaningful occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence
Collaborate with PT and Speech therapists as part of a comprehensive rehab team
Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in patients' lives
Document care using Cerner EMR to ensure seamless communication across the care team
Support patients through their rehabilitation journey with compassion and expertise

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy specialty
At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
Open to first-time travelers who meet experience requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR experience
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Flexible and adaptable approach to patient care
