Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care across multiple medical-surgical and telemetry units
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to patient changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Float within a 60-mile zone to support facilities and fill critical staffing needs
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
Titrate heparin drips and manage other medications as ordered
Support charge nurses and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

Active Colorado or compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to various units

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Comfortable caring for adult and geriatric patients across specialties
Experience with post-surgical, oncology, renal, and trauma patients
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
