Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing staff and therapy team to support excellent patient outcomes
Provide wound care and utilize specialized techniques when needed
Precept students or new staff members as opportunities arise
Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them regain strength and mobility

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable treating a mix of inpatient and outpatient diagnoses
Skilled in wound care, ortho, neuro, and general rehabilitation
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude toward patient care
