Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; weekends required (specific weekdays scheduled by facility)
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs, communicate changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe transfers and mobility assistance while promoting resident independence
- Follow care plans and document care accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Engage residents with dignity, respect, and a positive attitude to enhance quality of life
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification — required
- Travel LNA (T-LNA) classification indicated (T-LNA) or willingness to obtain travel designation
- Current CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work weekends as noted in the schedule
- Clear background checks and any facility-specific onboarding requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs, hygiene, feeding, and mobility support
- Basic clinical skills: taking vitals, reporting changes, and accurate charting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families
- Team player who follows care plans and collaborates with nursing staff
- Good time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
