Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, prioritizing safety and dignity
Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and provider orders
Monitor patients, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart/EMR
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Support patient and family education with clarity and empathy

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
Eligible to work in New Mexico and available for local assignment (LOCAL ONLY)
Comfortable working the scheduled hours: Mon–Wed, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills: medication administration, basic wound care, vital sign assessment
Charting and documentation in an electronic medical record
Infection control and safety best practices
Effective patient and family communication
Time management and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
