Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to changes in patient status
Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings clearly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience
Active RN license (California preferred)
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) on a per diem basis
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Clear clinical documentation and handoff communication
Teamwork, adaptability, and time management in a fast-paced setting
