Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
• Assist nursing staff with patient transfers, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
• Support documentation and charting to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and flexible schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with clinical staff

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamental patient care skills and ADL assistance
• Basic vital signs measurement and observation
• Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
• Clear verbal and written communication with healthcare teams
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
