Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Take and record vital signs accurately and communicate changes to the nursing team
- Support residents with mobility, transfers and safe ambulation
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to implement care plans
- Create a warm, respectful environment that preserves resident dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — New Mexico certification preferred or eligible to transfer
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Available for overnight shifts (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Ability to pass background check, TB screening and required immunizations
- Previous long-term care or rehab experience preferred but new grads with strong caregiving skills are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident-centered care and bedside manner
- Knowledge of ADLs, safe transfer techniques and infection control
- Clear verbal and written communication for handoffs and documentation
- Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans and directions
- Basic charting skills and comfort with electronic or paper documentation
