Shift Type: Rotating 4x9 day schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (four 9-hour day shifts per week) with 24/7 call rotation (rotated weeknights, weekends and holidays) — call response required within 30 minutes
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub and monitor cardiac catheterization cases, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety
- Set up and operate GE imaging and hemodynamic systems for cardiovascular procedures
- Accurately document care and procedures in EPIC to maintain clear patient records
- Respond to on-call activations promptly (30-minute response time) and support emergent cases
- Collaborate with cardiology, nursing and OR teams to coordinate seamless patient care
- Support pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care when assigned to Pre/Post areas
- Contribute to a culture of safety by following protocols, infection control and equipment checks
Qualifications
- BLS (AHA) current
- ACLS (AHA) current
- ARRT (CV) – Certified Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist
- Active Kansas (KS) license
- Previous Cath Lab experience (minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred)
- Comfortable charting in EPIC and working with GE imaging and hemo systems
- Ability to participate in call rotation (respond within 30 minutes) and work rotated weekends/holidays
Education
- BSN not required
- Certifications (ARRT (CV), ACLS, BLS) and state licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures and scrub/monitor responsibilities
- Familiarity with EPIC charting workflows
- Experience with GE imaging and hemodynamic monitoring systems
- Strong sterile technique and interventional lab aseptic practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork in high-acuity cardiovascular settings
- Ability to multitask during procedures and maintain attention to detail under pressure
- Flexibility to float between Cath Lab, Pre/Post and OR as needed
