Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts, varied start times (day/evening/night), including weekends and holidays; no guaranteed shift or fixed preference
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough resident assessments and document clinical findings clearly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule
- Notify MD or NP promptly with pertinent clinical information and collaborate on care plans
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with attention to detail and compassion
- Provide ADL assistance and support residents to maximize independence and dignity
- Deliver specialized care including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, CPAP support, tracheostomy care, and Wound VAC management
- Participate actively in the interdisciplinary team to coordinate high-quality long term care
Qualifications
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) license required; State of Hawaii nursing license must be active by start of assignment
- Experience working in Long Term Care settings preferred
- Flexible to work varied 8-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to accept a travel contract and complete required onboarding/licensure steps promptly
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Comfortable with tracheostomy care, CPAP support, and respiratory treatments including nebulized therapy
- Experienced with gastrostomy tube care and urinary catheter management
- Competent in Wound VAC care and other advanced wound therapies
- Strong documentation, communication, and resident-centered care skills
- Ability to coordinate with MDs/NPs and the interdisciplinary team
