Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Document care accurately and thoroughly in the resident record
- Support safe mobility and fall-prevention strategies for each resident
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current LNA certification (T-LNA designation noted for travel LNA assignments)
- Ability to pass facility onboarding, background check and any required screenings
- Comfort working evenings and committed to weekend coverage as scheduled
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Education
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming support
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
- Time management and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
