Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs
Deliver therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and body alignment
Manage pain and improve patient movement and function through evidence-based interventions
Document patient progress, communicate treatment plans with referring physicians, and adjust care as needed
Ensure all care is provided in accordance with the California State Practice Act and facility policies

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat a variety of patient conditions using therapeutic modalities
Comfortable working full time on daytime schedules and coordinating care with physicians and care teams
Adherence to State Practice Act and professional standards

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and assessment
Treatment planning and therapeutic modalities
Range of motion techniques and muscle strengthening
Pain management strategies
Body alignment and coordination rehabilitation
Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication
