Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategy to business priorities and drive measurable outcomes
• Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and people development
• Lead talent initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and role design
• Deliver proactive change management support and guide teams through transitions
• Drive recruitment strategy in partnership with talent acquisition to attract top talent
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations while promoting a fair workplace
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner preferred
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build trust
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and comfort using data to drive recommendations
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of performance management and employee relations processes
• Skilled at coaching leaders and facilitating difficult conversations
• Comfortable with HRIS tools and Excel for reporting and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment
