Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and document results thoroughly
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and patients
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced laboratory setting while prioritizing urgent work
• Communicate results and collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care decisions
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot assays, and participate in operational excellence initiatives

Qualifications

• Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required)
• Proven technical proficiency in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology testing
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Strong commitment to quality control and adherence to safety protocols
• Available and committed to evening/night shift work
