Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to geriatric residents, helping them with daily living activities
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition changes, communicating concerns to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers and safe ambulation to promote independence
- Support mealtime, feeding assistance and hydration needs while maintaining dignity
- Follow care plans and infection control procedures to keep residents safe
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for resident-focused care
Qualifications
- GNA certification (required) — your primary credential for this role
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Active state registry/status as a nursing assistant where applicable
- Ability to pass background and health screenings
- Compassion, patience and strong communication skills; experience with geriatric care a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved GNA program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic clinical skills: taking vitals, assisting with ADLs and safe transfers
- Understanding of infection control and resident safety practices
- Comfortable documenting care and following care plans
- Team player who communicates clearly with nurses and other staff
- Observational skills to notice and report subtle changes in residents
