Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on physical therapy evaluations and treatment to help patients restore function
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress thoroughly and maintain accurate clinical records
• Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinic team to coordinate high-quality care
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture by mentoring colleagues and participating in team initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (required)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation or hands-on therapy; travel therapy experience is a plus
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling and able to complete a 4-week onboarding process
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Proficient with manual therapy and rehabilitation exercise prescription
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and functional progressions
• Strong clinical documentation and time-management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Patient education and motivational coaching skills
