Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem, 6:30 PM - 6:30 PM Night (AP shift)
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with families
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification or state equivalent (must be active and in good standing)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient mobility
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed state-approved CNA training program and active CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Proficient with basic vital sign measurement and reporting
- Knowledgeable about infection control and patient safety principles
- Able to document care clearly and accurately in clinical records
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and observational skills
