Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to elderly residents, helping with daily living activities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility in a respectful manner
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident conditions accurately and promptly
- Support residents’ emotional well-being through friendly conversation and companionship
- Communicate changes in resident status to nursing staff and document care thoroughly
- Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- GNA certification (Class: GNA) or equivalent nursing assistant certification preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is a plus
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and facility screenings
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a GNA or CNA program preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of basic geriatric care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Good infection control and safety practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic charting and documentation skills
