Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care to geriatrics and older adults
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Measure and record vital signs and report any changes in condition promptly
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the nursing team
- Support resident mobility and safety, using proper lifting and transfer techniques
- Promote dignity, independence, and a positive environment for residents
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe setting
Qualifications
- Valid GNA certification (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is a plus
- Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- GNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs) and geriatric care needs
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with basic infection control practices and safety procedures
- Competence in documentation and electronic or paper charting
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other care staff
- Physical stamina for safe resident transfers and mobility assistance
