Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based critical care to adult ICU patients
• Monitor, assess, and interpret hemodynamic and respiratory data to guide treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced interventions safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary colleagues on care plans
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and participate in rapid response events
• Educate and support patients and families through complex care transitions
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation to support continuity of care and quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license where applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain prior to start)
• Comfortable with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to complete facility onboarding requirements, including background check and health screenings

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven critical care assessment and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with ventilator settings and troubleshooting
• Experience interpreting ECGs and responding to rhythm changes
• Competence with IV medication administration and titration of drips
• Comfort using electronic medical records and documenting timely care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
