Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert perioperative nursing care in the operating room for vascular and endovascular procedures
- Support surgical teams during complex vascular cases and maintain sterile technique
- Respond promptly and effectively to Level I trauma activations
- Participate in call rotations and provide coverage during holidays and weekends
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, handoffs, and equipment readiness for specialty cases
- Contribute to a positive safety culture by following OR protocols and infection control practices
Qualifications
- RN experience in Operating Room nursing (RN-OR) with strong vascular and endovascular skills
- Experience at a Level I trauma center or equivalent high-trauma-volume setting
- Prior travel assignment experience is noted as a plus
- Willingness and availability for call, holiday, and weekend coverage
- Comfort with no block scheduling and variable case assignments
Knowledge & Skills
- Operating Room nursing practices and perioperative patient care
- Vascular surgery and endovascular procedure familiarity
- Trauma care workflow and rapid response in Level I settings
- Ability to work nights, take call, and cover holidays and weekends
- Adaptability to travel assignments and changing case schedules
