Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, schedule varies (days to be determined)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents within the scope of an LPN
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document according to facility policy
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient status, and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
- Assist with care planning and participate in care conferences to support positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and comply with regulatory and facility documentation standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required
- Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or must obtain upon hire
- Comfortable working night shift hours and delivering high-quality resident care
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a care team
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to resident-centered care
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN program or diploma
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of medication administration and bedside nursing fundamentals
- Proficient in taking and interpreting vital signs and basic patient assessments
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clear documentation practices
- Good clinical judgment, time management, and infection control awareness
- Ability to connect with residents and provide compassionate, respectful care
