Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform both CT and X-ray exams competently and safely for a variety of patients
• Operate imaging equipment and adjust protocols to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to radiation safety practices
• Accurately document procedures and maintain clear patient records
• Communicate findings and concerns to the clinical team in a timely, professional manner
• Participate in the alternating on-call rotation and respond promptly when needed

Qualifications

• Experience performing CT and X-ray imaging (must be able to perform both modalities)
• Professional experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Comfortable working 10-hour day shifts and participating in an alternating on-call schedule
• State radiologic technologist licensure or ability to obtain required licensure for Montana
• Willingness to work as a travel/contract technologist and integrate with the local team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with CT and plain radiography techniques
• Strong understanding of patient positioning and radiation safety
• Good communication skills for working with patients and clinical staff
• Attention to detail for image quality and accurate documentation
• Ability to function independently while collaborating with the department
