Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at the point of need
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Assess and monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Document care and maintain accurate clinical records in the facility charting system
- Collaborate with nursing team, therapists and providers to create and follow individualized care plans
- Support a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
- Coach residents and families with clear, respectful communication about care needs
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in New Mexico (or ability to obtain state licensure quickly)
- Active BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Previous LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
- Up-to-date immunizations per facility policy
Education
- Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Comfortable with wound care, vital signs, and basic nursing procedures
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families and team members
- Solid documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Respect for cultural diversity and experience working with tribal communities is a plus
