Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient individual, group, and family therapy grounded in best clinical practices
- Deliver crisis intervention and rapid response services to clients in need
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and reporting as required by funders and agency policy
- Coordinate care and case activities with CCMC departments and community partners
- Participate actively in weekly clinical team and staff meetings to support collaborative care
- Engage in community needs assessments and represent the program professionally in local settings
- Carry a caseload and advocate for clients across systems and service providers
Qualifications
- Licensed Master Level Clinician (LMHC/LMFT/LISW or equivalent) as required to practice in Alaska
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Experience providing assessment, treatment planning, and individual/group/family therapy
- Clinical experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment and crisis intervention
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with federal/state behavioral health regulations
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and collaborate with community agencies
Education
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field

- Knowledge of DBH and applicable federal/state regulations
