Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical teams across Med-Surg and ER as an active, working House Supervisor
• Oversee patient flow and coordinate care to maintain safe, efficient operations
• Provide clinical support and mentorship to nursing staff in high-acuity situations
• Respond to emergency situations in the ER and support rapid decision-making
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary services, and leadership to resolve escalations
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) — title indicates professional licensure is required
• Supervisor experience and prior Emergency Room (ER) experience (both required)
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Comfort and experience working 12-hour day shifts in Med-Surg and ER settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) — specific degree (ADN/BSN) not specified in the job posting

• Clinical expertise in Medical-Surgical nursing and Emergency Room care
• Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on during busy shifts
