Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care by assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition accurately and promptly
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to support continuity of care
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and communicate changes
- Support safe mobility and transfers while promoting resident independence
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect residents
- Create a warm, respectful environment that preserves resident dignity
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license (VT or NH aligned) required
- Local-only candidates with reliable personal transportation required
- Must be able to work both weekends as scheduled
- Candidate must provide own housing for the assignment
- Available for the assignment dates: 2026-02-02 through 2026-05-04
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic personal care
- Accurate charting and documentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset
- Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to follow care plans and report changes in resident condition
- Time management and dependable attendance for scheduled shifts
