Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Four 10-hour day shifts per week (mix of 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; days vary), plus every 5th weekend scheduled 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM. Beginning around March 23, 2026, traveler will provide coverage at Coshocton Genesis Medical Center with five 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and no weekend coverage at that site. Day shift with occasional weekend coverage.

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality abdominal and OB/GYN ultrasound exams with precision and care
• Capture, optimize, and document diagnostic images using ultrasound equipment and Epic EMR
• Provide compassionate patient interaction and clear explanations during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure timely, accurate results
• Maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and troubleshoot imaging issues
• Adapt to varied schedules and occasionally cover alternate site assignments
• Contribute to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Qualifications

• RDMS with OB/GYN designation required
• RDMS with Abdominal designation required
• Active BLS certification required
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Proven ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; new graduates will not be considered
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and reliability for travel coverage

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in AB and OB ultrasound protocols and imaging techniques
• Proficiency operating ultrasound systems and optimizing image quality
• Solid knowledge of patient positioning, safety, and infection control
• Accurate documentation and familiarity with Epic EMR workflow
• Time management and the ability to work independently under pressure
• Good teamwork, clear communication, and adaptability to site-specific processes
