Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Support mobility and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent falls
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with mealtime support and feeding as needed with dignity and respect
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident interactions
- Help create a welcoming, safe environment that fosters independence and wellbeing
Qualifications
- GNA certification (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed GNA training program and certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) support and resident care
- Basic infection control practices and safe handling techniques
- Good documentation habits and attention to detail
- Team-oriented approach and ability to follow care plans
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy long-term care environment
