Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum care for patients and families
- Perform triage assessments and prioritize care for laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor fetal status using basic fetal monitoring and intervene per protocol
- Attend deliveries and perform newborn care and stabilization, including neonatal resuscitation (NRP)
- Stabilize high-risk neonates and coordinate transfer when necessary
- Participate in GYN surgical care and assist the team as needed in the OR/LDRP setting
- Document care accurately in the patient record and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn care, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- AHA ACLS and NRP required
- Basic Fetal Monitoring skills required
- Experience in triage, labor & delivery, postpartum and nursery required
- STABLE preferred; previous experience stabilizing high-risk neonates preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fetal monitoring and interpretation skills
- Neonatal resuscitation and stabilization techniques
- Triage and critical assessment in LDRP and nursery settings
- Familiarity with GYN surgical care and perioperative nursing in obstetrics
- Excellent patient communication, family-centered care, and teamwork
- Accurate clinical documentation and handoff communication
