Shift Type: Day shifts, 5-8 hour shifts Monday-Friday (typical) with possible rotating Saturday morning shifts; exact start and end times vary by clinic
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, family-centered nursing care in an ambulatory pediatric clinic
- Administer pediatric vaccines and maintain accurate immunization records
- Perform phlebotomy and CLIA-waived testing with attention to safety and accuracy
- Triage and assess pediatric patients, escalate concerns to providers when needed
- Educate families on vaccines, illness management, and preventive care in a culturally sensitive way
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record and support clinic workflow
- Work collaboratively with providers and staff to maintain a smooth, efficient outpatient experience
Qualifications
- Current RN license to practice in Colorado
- BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 5+ years of pediatric outpatient/ambulatory clinic experience
- Experience with CLIA-waived testing, pediatric vaccines, and phlebotomy (blood draws)
- Proof of current flu vaccination required, no exemptions accepted
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong pediatric assessment and triage skills
- Proficiency with pediatric vaccination schedules and documentation
- Experience performing blood draws and CLIA-waived tests
- Excellent communication skills with patients and families, including Spanish
- Comfortable using electronic health records and documenting care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic and multitask effectively
- Collaborative approach with clinicians, front desk, and support staff
