Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Break down incoming deliveries quickly and accurately so clinical teams have what they need
- Load and stage clean carts with delivered products to ensure operating rooms are stocked
- Deliver carts and supplies to designated OR and ASC areas promptly and safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems (Lawson, Wavemark, TrackCore, Epic) to prevent stock gaps
- Report discrepancies or damaged shipments and coordinate replacements to avoid procedural delays
- Follow infection control, PPE, and hospital scrubbing/scrubs policies to keep patients and staff safe
- Collaborate with supply chain and clinical staff to improve workflow and supply availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Materials Management experience (required)
- Driver's License — required for travel to ASC locations as needed
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending for extended periods; able to lift 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — intermediate to advanced Excel a plus
- Experience with Lawson, Wavemark, Epic and/or TrackCore is highly desirable
- Customer service mindset and surgical setting experience are a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Materials Management and Supply Chain basics
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and Outlook
- Experience using Lawson, Wavemark, Epic and TrackCore
- Cart delivery and safe handling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and inventory tracking
- Ability to follow clinical policies, PPE and sterile environment requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
