Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 3x12s per week (Night shift 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), night/rotating (specific days vary by schedule)

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients and families in the FBC setting
- Perform thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor maternal and fetal status using C-EFM and respond quickly to changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, effective patient care
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Educate patients and families on procedures, postpartum care, and newborn needs
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement and safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Current WA State Registered Nurse License (mandatory)
- American Heart Association BLS card required
- NRP certification required
- C-EFM (certified electronic fetal monitoring) required
- Active clinical experience in obstetrics/maternity or relevant FBC settings preferred
- Ability to work night 12-hour shifts and collaborate with a diverse care team
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in fetal monitoring and interpreting strip changes
- Skilled in maternal and newborn assessments and emergency response
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking under pressure
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Familiarity with common EMR systems and accurate documentation practices
- Team-oriented approach with a focus on patient safety and quality
