Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine functional status and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic activities focused on restoring independence in daily living, vocational, and recreational tasks
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and family members to align goals and track progress
- Implement rehabilitation procedures and adapt programs based on patient response and safety
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
- Coach patients and caregivers on strategies to maximize independence and safety at home and in the community
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge in physical disability and rehabilitation procedures
- Strong communication skills and effective team collaboration
Education
- Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (accredited by AOTA)

- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Rehabilitation procedures and adaptive techniques
- Vocational and recreational therapy approaches
- General medicine, surgical concepts, and mental health awareness
- Interdisciplinary team collaboration and patient/family education
- Clear documentation and care coordination skills
