Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centered care across ICU, PCU and Med/Surg areas on night shift
- Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver critical care interventions as needed
- Manage monitoring, documentation, and medication administration accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Support transitions of care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and day teams
- Float between ICU and Med/Surg as unit needs require, demonstrating flexibility and clinical skill
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license (multi-state license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience with demonstrated competency in acute care
- Solid experience in ICU/PCU and Med/Surg settings — must be comfortable working both
- Experience in or comfort working in a Critical Access Hospital (25-bed CAH) is a plus
- Night shift experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtainable
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/ASN or BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in acute and progressive care
- Ability to manage ventilators, infusions, telemetry monitoring, and complex meds
- Excellent prioritization and time management during high-acuity night shifts
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families and clinical teams
- Teamwork mindset and willingness to cross-cover ICU and Med/Surg duties
